It was the experience in the bush that is resonating. Yours was the most authentic experience and we feel blessed that we had the opportunity.

The Nxai Pans where once part of the great lake that covered central Botswana, now mostly fossil pans covered in grassland which attracts thousands of springbok and impala.
The only other area where springbok and impala are found together, is Etosha Pan in Namibia. Other game include gemsbok, giraffe, kudu, hartebeest, zebra and the migratory wildebeest, all followed by predatory lion, leopard, cheetah and wild dog.
A remarkable array of desert birds can be seen, including the world's heaviest flying bird the Kori Bustard at a weight of 40 kg.
On our way to Nxai Pans, a visit to the 7 giant Baobabs, made famous by painter and explorer Thomas Baines, in 1862.
